Digital download products

Apply Smart UK sells paid digital downloadable guides. No physical product is posted.

Because our products are digital files, refund rights are different from physical goods once a customer has received access to the download.

By purchasing a digital guide from Apply Smart UK, you understand that the guide is supplied electronically and that download access may be made available shortly after purchase.

When refunds are not normally available

We do not normally offer refunds where:

  • The digital guide has already been downloaded or accessed.
  • You changed your mind after purchase.
  • You bought the wrong guide by mistake after the product description was available to read.
  • You expected a guaranteed interview, job offer or application outcome.
  • You did not get the result you wanted from an employer or recruitment process.

Apply Smart UK guides are preparation resources only. They do not guarantee interviews, assessments, job offers or successful application outcomes.

When we will review a refund request

We will review refund requests fairly where:

  • You paid but did not receive access to the download.
  • You were charged more than once for the same guide by mistake.
  • The file cannot be opened due to a technical issue with the file supplied.
  • The wrong digital file was supplied.
  • The product was materially different from the description on the website.

If there is a technical issue, we may first try to resolve it by resending the download link or supplying a corrected file.

  • Your order number if available.
  • A clear explanation of the issue.
